Buffalo Bill's Wild West Prayer Trip The Irma Hotel
Buffalo Bill invested large amounts of his own money to help create the town of Cody, Wyoming in 1895. In the year of 1902, Will built the Irma Hotel. He named the hotel after his daughter "Irma."

I spent a week staying in one of the rooms where Buffalo Bill used to stay. I was with many spirits for that week. I wrote 12 songs in 7 days during that time, so I have a special love for the Irma Hotel and the people I met there in Cody.

The Irma Hotel is my favorite place to eat breakfast. And the Buffalo Bill Bar/Silver Saddle Lounge has the coldest soda pop and the most pretty waitresses this side of Tokyo.

I stayed the week alone in the Irma Hotel. During the night I kept hearing people laughing and talking in the hallway outside my room. A couple of times when I thought there was some drunk women laughing oustide my door in the middle of the night, I poked my head out to see if they needed assistance with anything. But when I looked in the hallway, it was always quiet and empty.
