Over
the years, the Grateful Dead found some great places to groove with
the Dead Heads. The Dead tried to keep a close interaction with the
audience. Along the way there was some frustration trying to operate
the experience in larger venues and stadiums. It is rather hard to interact
with someone half a mile a way, not to say that it never happened.
