| W. Dire Wolff - Thank God I'm in Cody
- The Western Ep - Imagine a band of cowboys playing
music in a western saloon on a Saturday Night. The year would
be around 1885. Here is a musical painting of old yesterday
in a run down western bar. "Thank God I'm in Cody" is a song
written about just being happy to be visiting in the town
of Cody, Wyoming. Also included on this CD is the full saga
of a wayward cowhand caught in the crossfire of drunken mischief,
while he searched in vain for a "Pretty Nice Girl".
Wolff's guitar playing and singing on the EP is complimented
by Phil Richardson on Fiddle, Mario Cipollina on Bass, and
Kurt Huget on Banjo, Mandolin, and Piano. |
