W Dire Wolff Announces the New Album, "Sundance Jump", from W Dire Wolff Band

Mill Valley, CA - W Dire Wolff announces the release of the latest album from W Dire Wolff Band, "Sundance Jump", available on Amazon.com in May 2015. Digital release on CD Baby, iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, Shazam, etc. is on April 20, 2015.

Sundance Jump reflects the "Northern California Jam Band" sound; or also called "psychedelic folk rock". The guitar based Folk and Rock n' Roll songs are accented by the classically trained electric violinist. The album begins in Wolff's folk/rock ballad style with various extended jams, winds through jazzy tones, highway rock, hippiebilly hoedowns, and then ends with one song that is sung in Japanese. Sundance Jump is the latest recording project by W. Dire Wolff Band. Currently the W. Dire Wolff Band is playing and recording mostly in Northern California's Marin and Sonoma Counties; close to San Francisco.

As many of my friends know, I have been working on the John Cipollina DVD project for several years. I am pleased to say we have finished the Recoil DVD set! I was one of four producers, webmaster and computer flunky, part of the graphic design team, and whatever we needed to do. I have been busy with the project, which has been really interesting and fun. We plan to get the focus back on recording more new music in 2011.
